Yinchuan is divided into two parts, the new city (Xincheng), that is convenient for the railway and airport, and the city (Laocheng), that is closest to the sights, and has most hotels and that houses the bus station. Tourists can find cheap hotels in both Xincheng and Laocheng. For those on mid-range budgets, the best hotel is probably the Ningfeng Hotel, with comfortable facilities. At the top end of hotel prices, both the Rainbow Bridge Hotel and the International Hotel are both of three star facilities. The Rainbow Bridge is slightly better located, although the International is close to the airport.
